sms Hey, listen!arrow_drop_down Do you see that button over there?arrow_drop_down If you click on it, it will show you all sorts of advanced info and charts for this deck!arrow_drop_down Try it!arrow_drop_down Oh, where are my manners? My name is Liv, nice to meet you.arrow_drop_down Burn is a deck that's all about aggression.arrow_drop_down You want to not only attack the opponent with very quick creatures,arrow_drop_down but also cast your damage spells targeting their life points.arrow_drop_down This is rather different from most other decks, where damage spells are basically just removal.arrow_drop_down However, in some matchups, you will want to use your Lightning Bolts against your opponent's creatures and planeswalkers.arrow_drop_down Making this judgement call isn't easy...arrow_drop_down But with practise, you'll learn to identify these situations and handle them better.arrow_drop_down So don't let this deck intimidate you. Let's go!arrow_drop_down Our sideboard here is pretty straight forward.arrow_drop_down It mostly only worries about a couple of decks that can be difficult matchups.arrow_drop_down Smash to Smithereens is here to make quick work of Affinity, but it also helps against Lantern or Tron decks.arrow_drop_down Kor Firewalker is here as a solution to the mirror Burn matchup.arrow_drop_down Deflecting Palm is great against Aggro decks in general, of course, but particularly powerful against Infect.arrow_drop_down The damage being redirected will reduce the opponent's HP, rather than give the poison counter.arrow_drop_down Which for us is a good thing! Our win condition is their HP, not poison.arrow_drop_down Causing 8 damage to their health is way more valuable than giving them 8 poison counters.arrow_drop_down Click the menu for more details.
